Home from Home Boarding offers a clean and comfortable environment for your dog(s) at our home while you are on holiday without a kennel in sight.  As our VIP guest (Very Important Pooch) your dog(s) will receive exercise daily, feeding, fresh water, a large garden to run around in, play time, lots of affection and belly rubs and of course plenty of home luxuries. The only thing is they might not want to go home. They deserve a holiday too.  Diabetic dogs welcome.

We welcome you and your dog(s) to come to our home at a time and date to suit you.  You can meet our family and most importantly view our home and see where your dog(s) will be staying.   Please call for an appointment.   We have a nature reserve a minutes walk away and plenty of country parks nearby for your dog(s) to explore.    At Bella Paws we pride ourselves on the quality of our home boarding service and not the quantity of dogs we look after.  We only take in dog(s) from one household at a time so your dog(s) will receive all the care and attention they need.   We now offer inhouse training including obedience and fun agility for your dogs which is available at an extra cost.  Please ask for details.   In the interest of health and safety please ensure your dog(s) vaccinations are up to date including Kennel Cough, they are wormed regularly and follow a flea control programme.  All dogs must be well socialized with adults, children and other dogs. Owners please supply own food, Thank you.   PLEASE NOTE:  This service is subject to availability.  A 50% deposit is required when booking Home Boarding.  No dates will be held without a home visit and a deposit.  We do not take in dogs under 2yrs of age, bitches in season or uneutered dogs.  All dogs must be fully toilet trained.    Due to the popular demand for this service, we are fully booked for 2011.  The following dates for 2012 are now fully booked, February, March, April and August.  We will be happy to take your name and contact no and let you know if we have a cancellation.  We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Doggy day care

Our Doggy day care service allows your Dog(s) to socialize with our own Dogs at our home while you are at work, a wedding, moving home or just out for the day. Your Dog(s) will receive an hour walk at a local nature reserve, a large garden to run around in, lots of toys to play with, sleep time, doggy treats and lots of TLC.  This service is subject to availability.  We do not take in dogs under 2yrs of age, bitches in season or uneutered dogs.  All dogs must be fully toilet trained.  

License for Home Boarding/Day Care

Bella Paws are licensed by Thurrock Borough Council.

The license allows us to have up to two dogs stay at our home while you are on holiday. Thurrock Borough Council will periodically check to make sure our home meets the standards required for looking after dogs in our home. This includes safety, cleanliness, a secure garden, dog first aid kit, separate cleaning area for food and drinking bowls, sealed food containers, fire extinguisher and smoke alarms
